PureTV was started by a small team of streaming engineers in Montreal who were tired of two things: paying $130/month for cable and watching IPTV competitors deliver pixelated 720p streams while pretending it was "HD". So we built our own service from the network up.
Seven years later, we run our own server clusters in Montreal and Toronto, our own anti-freeze CDN, and our own 24/7 support team — all from Canadian soil. 12,000+ households across the country trust PureTV to deliver hockey on Saturday night, La Liga on Sunday morning, and the kids' shows in between.
