Open your device's official app store and search for IBO Player:
Install the app. It's free and takes under a minute on any modern connection.
Open IBO Player. The first screen displays two unique codes assigned to your device:

On a phone or laptop, open a browser and go to https://iboplayer.com. Click Playlist Management, enter the MAC + Key from your device, and log in.
If you've never registered, the portal walks you through a 30-second sign-up using your email — no payment is needed at this stage. The IBO Player app itself is free; you pay only for the PureTV subscription.
Inside the playlist manager, click Add Playlist and paste the details from the activation email we sent you:
Click Save. The portal confirms your PureTV playlist is linked to your IBO Player device.
Back on your TV, phone or box, close IBO Player completely and reopen it. The PureTV playlist auto-loads and you'll see all 15,000+ channels plus the 60,000+ VOD library organized by category.
Tip: in IBO Player settings, switch the stream format to MPEGTS for best stability on Canadian internet, and enable hardware decoding on Firestick and Android TV for buttery-smooth 4K playback.
Force-close IBO Player and reopen it. On Firestick, the codes appear on a small overlay in the top-right corner. On Smart TVs, they're on the home screen. If still missing, factory-reset the app from your device settings.
Most commonly the URL was copied with a trailing space or broken across two lines in the email. Re-copy the URL from the activation email, paste it into the iboplayer.com portal manually, save, and restart the app.
Run a speed test at speedtest.net — PureTV requires a stable 16 Mbps for HD and 30 Mbps for 4K. If your speed is fine, reboot your router and switch IBO Player to MPEGTS stream format in settings.
Yes — install IBO Player on the second device and repeat steps 1–5. Note that only one device can stream PureTV at a time per subscription. Some MAG-only firmware bundles a fixed serial that prevents multi-device use.
